At UPS, you’ll lead the modernization of the technology, systems, and data that support financial decisions across one of the world’s largest logistics companies.

You’ll shape the global Finance Technology strategy, lead an organization of 100+ professionals, and oversee a portfolio of strategic transformation investments exceeding $100 million.

Your mandate goes beyond implementing technology. You’ll make Finance simpler, faster, more connected, and better equipped to drive business performance.

Your challenge is to modernize critical Finance capabilities without compromising the controls, reliability, and operational continuity the business depends on.

You’ll connect technology investments to measurable financial and operational improvements, strengthen access to reliable data, and accelerate the adoption of scalable solutions across Finance.

Success requires more than managing projects. You’ll need to align senior executives, simplify complex processes, make disciplined investment decisions, and lead transformation that delivers lasting business value.

What You’ll Own

• Enterprise strategy: Build and execute a multiyear Finance Technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Technology modernization: Lead transformation across ERP, financial planning, reporting, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Investment accountability: Prioritize significant technology investments, manage delivery risks, and demonstrate measurable returns.
• Governance and controls: Strengthen data integrity, cybersecurity, financial controls, and compliance across critical Finance platforms.
• Executive partnership: Influence senior Finance, Technology, and business leaders to align priorities and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
• Organizational leadership: Lead and develop a global Finance Technology organization, building the capabilities needed for future transformation.

What You’ll Bring

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Finance Technology, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or large-scale Finance transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide technology transformation in a large, global organization.
• Deep experience with ERP and financial systems, enterprise data, analytics, financial planning, reporting, and automation.
• Proven accountability for significant technology investments, transformation delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect technology decisions to productivity, financial controls, and enterprise value.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA, CPA, or comparable advanced qualification preferred.
