Role Overview

STAFFXPERT is looking for a smart, motivated, and hands-on Project Manager to lead large-scale, client-facing implementations for a digital banking platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SaaS implementations, digital banking/FinTech projects, client relationships, and cross-functional teams. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving projects from initiation through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from definition and scope through development, testing, training, migration, and production.
• Lead client-facing projects and manage expectations across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal Product, Development, Sales, and other teams.
• Manage project risks, blockers, issues, and dependencies.
• Own project delivery, timelines, resources, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and maintain RAID logs.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Matrix-manage project teams across multiple functions.
• Drive change management and issue resolution.
• Contribute to PMO processes, documentation, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering SaaS/platform solutions.
• Maximum 10 years of total experience.
• Proven experience delivering client implementations.
• Experience implementing/delivering digital banking systems, preferably commercial banking.
• Strong experience with budget management, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Client-facing project management experience.
• Experience managing development/technical teams.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• PMP or other Project Management certification.
