Locations: New York, New Jersey, Dallas, TX, or Philadelphia, PA

What You'll Do

• Generate and close new business opportunities within FinTech and Financial Services.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
• Partner with solution and delivery teams to craft compelling client solutions.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer meetings.
• Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experience.
• Strong experience selling into FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services organizations.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new logos and growing market presence.
• Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, AI, software engineering, or managed services solutions.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
• Existing network within the Financial Services ecosystem is a plus
