Ripple – Houston, TX The financial technology sector is changing quickly, creating new opportunities for businesses and consumers to access, manage, and interact with financial products.

Ripple is expanding its Houston team and looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join us in Fintech Business Development.

This is a hands-on role combining business development, account management, and relationship building within a rapidly emerging market sector. You’ll work directly with businesses across the Houston area, developing new relationships while helping existing accounts understand and engage with the financial technology solutions we represent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Managing and developing existing business accounts
• Representing fintech products and services in a professional, face-to-face environment
• Helping businesses understand new financial technology solutions
• Tracking account activity, opportunities, and ongoing relationships
• Working alongside the wider team to expand our presence throughout the Houston market

Who We’re Looking For We’re interested in people who are confident, ambitious, personable, and commercially aware.

Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing environment can be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full product and industry training will be provided.

More importantly, we’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, communicate well, learn quickly, and want the opportunity to develop within a growing industry.

For the right individuals, there will also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility as we continue to expand our fintech operations.
