Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Evansville, IN. This position supports daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with the preparation and review of financial reports. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, supporting payroll entries, and ensuring accurate documentation of financial data. The role also involves working with accounting software, collaborating with the finance team on month-end processes, and helping respond to internal inquiries related to bookkeeping and financial records. The Accounting Assistant will maintain organized files, follow established procedures, and support compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance for day-to-day financial operations and analysis.
