Pay: $100,000 – $122,000 + bonus potential

Lead the team. A respected Nashville CPA firm is hiring an Audit Supervisor to run financial, operational and compliance reviews with a small team.

What you'll do

• Lead teams of 1-3 auditors on financial, operational and compliance reviews
• Tailor review programs and testing to each process
• Assess complex processes, risks and key controls
• Present findings and recommendations to management and write the report
• Train, mentor and evaluate staff

What you bring

• 3-5 years of financial, operational or compliance audit experience
• Manufacturing or government contractor (FAR/DFARS/CAS) experience a plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge and writing skills
