• Develop and lead the web strategy for Boston Scientific, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals
• Oversee the management and maintenance of all web properties, including websites, microsites, and web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and drive digital transformation
• Manage a team of web developers and designers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high-quality work and timely project delivery
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and digital marketing, and apply relevant insights to inform web strategy and initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and effectively communicate web plans and progress to drive alignment and support
• Ensure compliance with web-related policies, regulations, and standards, including accessibility and security requirements
• Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges, and develop contingency plans as needed
