We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Risk and Compliance to lead the Company’s internal audit and risk assurance function. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a risk-based internal audit strategy across the Company’s corporate, power generation, development, and construction operations.

The Vice President, Risk and Compliance will provide independent assurance over the effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls, financial reporting processes, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, information technology, and operational controls. The role will also provide leadership and oversight of the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) and internal control over financial reporting (“ICFR”) program, including coordination with the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm and reporting to executive management and the Audit Committee.
